GROUNDS KEEPER DUTIES:

1. Place & Return Trash Cans (Sun Out & Mon Return) & Recyclables (every other Tues).
2. Keep the Radcliffe & Thomas St, sidewalk & bush areas clean from debris.
3. Sweep or blow the Garage area, and sidewalks once a week as needed.
4. Sweep or blow the Front & Rear Common Steps from the 3 rd floor down to the entrance.
   (On Sunday’s or as needed).
5. Mow & Edge Grass areas as needed.
   (Usually every 2 nd or 3 rd week during the growing season).
6. Trim Bushes on the Side and Front as Needed.
